Dr. Scott Bainbridge 
Dr. Scott Bainbridge has lived in the High Park rea for the past ten years with his wife, son, his lab/chow rescue dog, Loki and rescue cat Fester. He has an honors B.Sc from the University of Toronto in Animal Behaviour. He spent a year in the pre-veterinary course at Colorado State University and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1999. Scott made the Dean's Honour Role each year at the O.V.C. and was the recipient of both the Merck Veterinary Award and the American Animal Hospital Senior Student Award. Dr. Bainbridge has an interest in both Western and Eastern medicine, and is trained in veterinary acupuncture. He has appeared on several television shows including the Mom Show, Three Takes, Doctor in the House, The Steven and Chris Show and can be seen on a regular basis on CP24’s Animal House Calls. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing squash and hanging out at the cottage.

Dr. Scott Mathison 
Dr. Scott Mathison co-founded Queen West Animal Hospital in 2000 with Scott Bainbridge. He received his Bachelors of Science at McGill University and a Masters of Forest Science in wildlife ecology at Yale University. He completed his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the Ontario Veterinary College as the class co-valedictorian. His professional interests include surgery, dentistry and practice management. When not at Queen West, Scott can be found at his cottage on the Bruce Peninsula or in the neighbourhood with his wife Kelly, son Jasper and daughter Ella.

Dr. Paula Fisher 
Dr. Paula Fisher received her Bachelors of Science degree in biology from the University of Guelph, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Ontario Veterinary College. After graduation, Paula spent 2 years working in Bristol, England; first at the Bristol Veterinary School's Feline Centre, followed by small animal practice. Before working at Queen West Animal Hospital, Paula also worked at the Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Toronto. Her professional interests include feline medicine, geriatrics, surgery and emergency medicine.
Paula currently lives in Toronto with her husband, Hans. In May they were thrilled to welcome the arrival of their baby boy Nathaniel! Paula, Hans and Nathaniel share their home with 3 fantastic cats: Milo (Flinty); Zippy (the Rascal) and Otis (the Googler). When she is not busy being a new mom, Paula enjoys going to the gym, travelling and
dining out in Toronto.

Dr. Jessica Chong 
Dr. Jessica Chong is a new addition to the Queen West Animal Hospital team after having been employed in the North Toronto area. She is a graduate of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph in 2005. Her interests include surgery, dentistry, endocrinology, and is a strong believer in continuing education.
Outside of the clinic setting, Jess enjoys hiking, biking, indoor rock climbing, and is currently learning to play the acoustic guitar to become a rock star. She lives in the north end of the city as the only female in an apartment with five males - her partner (Brendan), Golden Retriever (Tonka), English Bulldog (Max), DSH cat (Cheddar), and DLH cat (Sprite). Yes, it's a full house!

Dr. Alex Folosea
Dr. Alex Folosea received an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and an Honours Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College. His interests include surgery, emergency medicine and cardiology.
Alex lives in the neighborhood with his girlfriend, Alison and their Golden Doodle, Mabel. Away from work, Alex enjoys playing basketball, riding his bicycle and listening to Miles Davis.
